Volkan Çelebi

Philosopher and researcher connecting artificial ends to deeper beginnings.

I am a philosopher and researcher studying how artificial intelligence meets the deeper conditions of human thought, feeling, and creation. My current work spans Genesis Alignment, model character, constitutional alignment, and embodied intelligence. I founded Per Stellar in Paris as an independent house for this research.

Research

  • Genesis Alignment Recognition of meaningful beginnings in human thought without reproducing or substituting for the embodied processes through which they emerge.
  • Meaningsphere and Atmosphere An affective optics of model character, constitutional alignment, voice, uncertainty, relation, and trust.
  • Embodied Intelligence Research on the living conditions from which genesical praxis becomes possible and on the asymmetry between human genesis and artificial cognition.

Selected Writing

  • Wonder and Wander (October 2026) On consciousness, feeling, atmosphere, and why wonder cannot be computed.
  • Meaningsphere and Atmosphere (2026) Toward an affective optics of Claude's character.
  • Ecstasis (2026) Essays on truth across cultures, Sufi thought, consciousness, and wonder.
